Thinking about painting your motor cycle, 4 wheeler, or car frames or parts?
Why not powder coat it?
Powder coating your frames or parts is much more durable than wet painting. If you wet paint it, you are just going to have to do it again next year. Powder coat allows you to be more aggressive without worrying as to how your paint job is going to look afterward.
What makes powder coating more durable?
When we powder coat your frame or parts, we first start by stripping all of the old coat off. We then degrease the them and cover it in a powdered thermoplastic by electrically charging the powder and spraying it on using our commercial grade powder coat gun. Lastly, we bake it in our 40 foot oven for up to 45 minutes causing the paint to bond to the metal.
What parts can you powder coat?
We can just about paint anything: metal, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and so on. We can paint frames, swing arms, "A" Frames, subframes, bike frames, motorcycle frames, forks, guards, chrome parts, pegs, bumbers, and more.
What colors do you powder coat?
Not only do we have countless colors to choose from, we also have lots of special effects to choose from as well. Stop in and take a look at the possiblities. We can even get you some large paint samples to look at so you aren't having to choose the color to go on an 18 foot car from a 1 inch color square in a book.
